I offer personalised fitness plans from loosing weight to getting fit, strength training, functional training, shape and tone.
In addition to tailored fitness plans, I provide ongoing support and motivation to help you achieve your goals effectively and sustainably.

Hi, I’m Alex
My name is Aleksandar Todorovski and I have 12 years of experience as personal trainer. Personal contact with customers and seeing them make progress - that's what I do it for. I have now given more than 10,000 personal training sessions. My youngest customer was 10 years old, the oldest 88 years old.
My hobbies are skiing, tennis and of course fitness - I don't just put others to work ;)
I am a certified professional as I obtained my Bachelor's degree in fitness, sport & health from the University of Skopje in North Macedonia. To stay informed of the latest developments, I am a member of Europe Active. I am registered in the European Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) as an Advanced Exercise and Health Specialist and Master Trainer, the highest level achievable.

We have different packages available
I offer both personal training and coaching, at the gym, online via video call, or at your home where I'll handle the equipment.
It doesn’t matter if you already have experience with training or not.

The process

 From initial consultation to regular check-ins, I'm here to quide and support you every step of the way.
1. INTRODUCTION
We will have a 45-60min intake were we will discuss:

2. ADVICE
Based on the initial intake I will give you advice and explain how the sessions will look like:

3. TRAININGS
Based on the first training I will asses your condition and create a plan for the upcoming 4-6 weeks. Afterwards we will adjust the programme according to your progress.
Every training will be different to keep you engaged and motivated.
I will also provide advice for extra training session on your own to help you achieve your goals
